For over 9 years, Regena has provided services to adolescents, adults and families. She has a special interest in working with adults with regard to issues related to anxiety, stress management and work/life balance.
Regena received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then received her joint master’s degree in Social Work from North Carolina Agriculture & Technical State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Regena has worked in various capacities for Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Washington D.C. in positions supporting child welfare and family preservation.
